Mr. Riso graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University in 2003, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.  He then continued on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007.  While in law school, Mr. Riso was a summer associate and law clerk for DeYoe, Heissenbuttel & Buglione, LLC, an insurance defense firm in Wayne, New Jersey.  Mr. Riso practiced with this firm for three years in the area of general liability defense, before relocating to Florida. 

Mr. Riso was admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars in 2007 and the Florida Bar in 2009.  Mr. Riso is also admitted to the United States District Court District of New Jersey. Mr. Riso has authored briefs and memoranda filed with each level of New Jersey’s Federal Courts including the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and New Jersey Supreme Court.  Mr. Riso is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and Young Lawyers Section, participating in many volunteer events throughout the year.

Mr. Riso joined Adams, Coogler, Watson, Merkel, Barry & Kellner, P.A. in 2010 and focuses in the areas of premises liability, construction litigation, personal injury, and general liability defense.
